1. Ownership of Products
All products supplied to partner shops remain the exclusive property of Perifee until they are sold to customers. Shops are not authorized to transfer, sell, or use the products for any purpose other than resale through their store.
2. Payment Terms
Invoices for sold products will be issued on the first day of each month. Partner shops are required to settle payments within seven (7) days of receiving the invoice. Late payments may result in suspension or termination of the partnership.
3. Collaboration Rights
- Product Selection: Perifee retains full control over which products are offered in partner shops. We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove products at our sole discretion.
- Termination of Collaboration: Perifee reserves the right to terminate the partnership at any time, with or without prior notice.
4. Responsibilities of Partner Shops
- Partner shops agree to display and promote Perifee products in a professional and appropriate manner.
- Shops must ensure accurate reporting of sales through the Perifee platform or approved methods.
- Any misuse of the platform or breach of these terms may result in immediate termination of the collaboration.
5. Liability
Perifee is not liable for any damages, loss of business, or revenue incurred by partner shops during the course of the partnership.
6. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Perifee reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Partner shops will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
