The story behind the brand
Founded by former lawyer Agnieszka Ziołek, AGAZI was created to rethink shoes at every level — from materials to manufacturing. Produced entirely in-house in central-eastern Poland, their women-led workshops uphold fair wages and humane working conditions. Over 90 % of their team are local women and many staff have been with the brand for decades.

AGAZI is rooted in innovation and care: using materials like grape, apple, cactus, corn leathers and bio-based polyurethane, all with minimal environmental impact. Their Strobel method reduces adhesive use by up to 80 % and increases comfort and flexibility — perfect for sensitive feet. They also embrace zero-waste by repurposing surplus materials and run the “Second Leg” programme to clean, refurbish, and donate pre-loved pairs.
